What is Titty Church™ you ask?? Well, lemme tell you.  It's a discussion style class that focuses on connecting you to yourself, to others and to providing you with the tools and vocabulary you need to build a supportive community.  This class has minimal movement and focuses more on you delving into the uncomfortable habits, thought patterns, and belief systems that keep you blocking true connection to yourself and others.  This class is open to all.  Hosted by the one-and-only Roula Roulette.
