Saturday, September 12th 11am - 1pm Location: The Village Studios, 1259 Metropolitan Ave SE Atlanta, GA 30316 Experience Level Required: None, open to all Taught by touring burlesque artists and aficionados of classic burlesque and its history, Jolie Goodnight, Ruby Joule, Something Blue, and Selma Bawdy. In this class, we'll explore the striptease movements and style of the golden era of burlesque. Starting with an overview of our legendary burlesque superstars, we'll pinpoint the iconic walks, bumps, turns, and many more essential elements that kept fans lined up around the block. We'll break these vintage moves down step-by-step and learn ways to incorporate them into your own acts while making them your own. Finally, we'll put it all together with a choreographed combination. Items to bring: something to take notes & heels (if you wish)
