Class Description

Sundays, 6:30pm - 7:30pm All Classes held at: The Village Studios, 1259 Metropolitan Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316 Let’s focus on your Floorwork! Using foundations based in the Liquid Motion™ methodology, certified instructor Roula Roulette will build on that technique to help you create a more seamless floor flow, learn the basic fundamentals of the Liquid Motion™ methodology, and tap into your most sensual self through choreography that encourages total body awareness. Class will begin with a warm up and across the floor exercises, followed by fun, sensual and creative floor flow.
